Meet Our Team

 Has over 28 years of welding, fabrication, and design experience.  He graduated from welding school in 1997 and has trained with some of the most prominent steel companies in Colorado. He hasn't changed his voicemail greeting for over 12 years and probably doesn't know where he set his coffee cup.  

 Has over 19 years of experience in accounting, human resources, and administration.  She also assists with powder coat and walk-in sales.  She loves to count things, hates spending money, and is probably way nicer to people than they deserve. 

 Has over 20 years of Business & Construction Management experience.  Some believe he actually lives in his office, which he does not, however if something is wrong it is probably his fault.  He enjoys swearing at his cell phone and pretending to know how to weld.  

 Has over 9 years in the powder coating and welding fields. He serves as the lead fabricator for our sister company Steel Ops Ltd and operates our CNC plasma machine.  If something is lost he probably knows where it is.  If he looks lost just give him a minute. 

 With over 13 years of experience, Zach has installed a wide range of projects including storage facilities, restaurants, gas stations, and other tenant finishes.  He prefers the name "Zachie Chan" and will  tell you  how awesome his welds are... even though you didn't ask. 

 Manages our powder operation and has coated some of our most complex, colorful, and high-end projects.  She enjoys lifting things and calling her parents by their first names. 

Serves as a Junior Project Manager and Estimator. She handles most of our residential and custom projects.  She works at the front desk and is likely the first person you'll see when you come in.  She may be new to the industry, but she is passionate about her job and has hit the ground running!

Alec is a recent welding school graduate and is quickly learning the ropes. He has an incredible desire to learn and improve his skills.  Not to mention, he is also hilarious and enjoys occasionally building things twice. 

Zaniel, or as we refer to him as Zaniel Son, is our lead fabricator. Zaniel is patient, thoughtful, and thorough in his approach. He has a great sense of humor, is a great friend to all cats and is a pleasure to work with! 

Is one of our talented field installers. We appreciate working with him as he is not only good at his job but also has a great upbeat attitude and is fun to work with.
